How much input will I have in chosing the colors, themes and fonts?
As much input.....or as little......as you'd like. Some people like to have complete control over the way their site, logo or graphic image will look. For these clients, we provide a complete pallette of colors for them to choose from, as well as different fonts. We keep them abreast of the progress step by step, so they can make changes as they see fit.
By contrast, a lot of people simply don't want to bother with any aspect of the creation. They prefer to tell what they want and then see the finished product. They really don't want to think about the details.
Truth be known, most people fall in between the two examples . Every client's situation is as unique as every client is! YOU are the one who matters here...so what YOU want and how YOU want it is what counts. I hope that answers your question.
What if you have finished my site and it just isn't what I had in mind?
If this happens, we've failed. You didn't. We did. Therefore, we are accountable and you will be expected to pay nothing. We would even help you find another Web designer or company who could serve you better. It's all about you and your happiness....not us. If you aren't satisfied, then that probably means we either didn't listen closely enough to you when you specified what you wanted or we failed to keep you updated on the progress. Sometimes, people just see things differently......what looks grand to one may look horrible to another. What matters is how you see it, not us. This is something our business is built around.
Once you have created my website, what if I don't have a clue as to how to update it?!
If you are interested in learning to edit the site yourself, we will give you an endless supply of help... all you have to do is ask. You get an education in addition to a website!
